Am I right to say that as long as B450i, X470i or X570i (ITX) motherboard got DP, Hdmi port. It can send signal to monitor without GPU right?

I'm planning to build a rig for watching video, YouTube, surfing web and viewing / organizing my photos / Data.
Will be doing a Raid 1 using current 3.5" HDD.
