DOTA 2 for now. but i might upgrade my GFX when there is new FPS that entices me. so i need a combo that will not be outdated anytime soon.

i heard now mini-itx is the in thing. but i am scared my 5850 cannot fit =/

ITX components are usually more expensive than M-ATX parts. Why not get a M-ATX build?

One more thing, the US state (Which one?) that you are going to, does it have a Microcenter?

It shall be assumed that you have a budget of 400USD after currency translations.

Notes:

1)You may want to do more research about the RMA service quality of each brands in the US as you may get different levels of service in USA.

2) Are you more open to buying from different retailers such as NCIX, TigerDirect, SuperBiiz and Microcenter's online shop??

1) I do not know anything about the Taiwanese market, but I have heard that USA tends to have much cheaper hardware prices than the rest of the world and hence I think that you should buy your parts from USA unless you think that you can save more by using the stronger Singapore currency to get great deals in Taiwan and are willing to forgo the warranty. ( Some brands have been known to have great RMA policies in the US, much much better than in Singapore.)

2) You may want to play around some more with PC Parts Picker, it is a great tool for comparing prices between online US hardware stores. Do remember to do some research on the online retailer in question in order to avoid bad buying experiences.
