Recommendation for new Parts

Hi all, need advice on these new components as my previous MOBO/GPU got fried.

New PSU (good PSU to power everything)
New GPU (Looking at GTX1060/1070)
New CPU+MOBO (i5 level)
New Casing (Good case with space for expansion in the future)

Budget between 900 to 1k.

I will be reusing HDD, RAM, CD writer, and some adhoc fans.

PSU: Superflower Leadex Silver/EVGA G3
GPU: Personal preferrence (Looks/Price) 1060 or 1070 depends on ur usage, both provide good value
CPU+MOBO: Depends whether ur ram DDR3 or DDR4
Case: Fractal Design Define C/Mini C, Phanteks P400TG/P400S

It should be DDR3, but can you suggest two MOBO for DDR3 or DDR4? I may purchase a new RAM stick.

It is 4GBx2.

Please check with the video card seller on Qoo10 the length of the warranty and the service centre location. Buy the video card first if you think that it's a good deal as due to the crytocurrency mining craze, people are snapping up GTX1060/GTX1070/RX480/RX580, causing their prices to increase and stock run out.

If you don't need to reuse the CD Writer, we can change to other casings.

I would recommend that you sell your DDR3 RAM as most if not all the motherboards will be using DDR4 in the near future.
