You want phone that has 4g and all the good specs,that's cheap and around $200,abit hard to get. Maybe u can try wait for some time for galaxy s4 price to drop... not sure how much it is now though... the last time I rmbed seeing $200+. But one of my strategies is to wait for new flagships to be out and buy the previous versions to save $$. The wait can be quite a few months. Technology is changing rapidly,even if u get phones from last yr,u wouldn't lose out much and its not that laggy... unless of course u r like many singaporeans,want newest and flashy gadgets to show off... for me I jus need cheap and good,decent spec phone. Im using LG Optimus G ,paid around $50+ last year on starhub $59 plan...
