Recommendation for PC build

Thanks all. Could I just check on the review for the 4 items:

R9 270 Vs GTX 750

Superflower 500W vs FSP Hexa 500w

I'm asking this is because it seems that tradepac is having a bundle for R9 270 + FSP power supply for about another $21 more. Would this be better?
