Recommendation for power saving rig

Hi I work at home and have the following needs

- power saving but not until it affects performance too much
- I'm an audiophile and have my external dac. So I don't need my mobo to have good or even any sound card
- I open upwards 30+ tabs, words, ppt, pdf, photoshop, etc at a time
- I have a 34 inch wide screen
- I don't game usually but play l4d2 from time to time.

I'm looking at some moneyface build but was wondering if they are too power hungry

Ryzen APU is all you need...

This setup only tops at ~65W real life gaming load, 100W max torture load..

And also no point squeezing out anymore power to go lower as performance tradeoffs will be drastic.
