Hi guys recently decided to upgrade my wife old pc. Planning to get CPU + MB+ RAM + PSU .
Will be reusing most of the parts like SSD/HDD, and i passing her my GTX970. She usually do web browsing/watching videos/light gaming like Diablo3 etc.

So can anyone recommend what CPU+MB+Ram+PSU i should get? Budget around $400 if possible or would it not be enough? Thanks

eh i re-use back old casing. i can squeeze in abit more then $400 i guess trying to keep it as low as possible. i actually had another psu that run AMD7950 but then was thinking not to risk a old psu for partial new rig.
