Recommendation for twitch game streaming rig

Budget below 2k excluding peripherals. Appreciate if experienced bros can share some recommendations.

Reuse:
256gb crucial SSD
2 x 4 TB Toshiba HDD
27” dell ultrasharp 1440 monitor

Buy:
CPU: was thinking of ryzen 3700x not sure if it’s the best choice for this build
Mobo: looking at matx form factor appreciate recommendations for board
Ram: is 16gb enough ?
GPU: looking at 3060 if I can get my hands on one
PSU: any advice how much power required?
Case: nzxt h510
OS: not needed
HSF: any recommendations

are you planning to stream with nvenc or x264 encoder? if nvenc then 3700x should be sufficient. you may want to consider investing in a second monitor as well if you intend to engage with your viewers.

Yes planning to stream with nvenc. Yes have a giant touch screen tablet that is used as a 2nd monitor.

If you are going to get 3700x might as well stream it on x264. Nvenc on 3060 you may struggle when games require more vram[citation needed]. In terms of stream quality, x264 is far superior than nvenc[citation needed] hence why there are many streamers[Who?] running on dual pc setup.

Thanks will take note of that. This build is actually for my wife who wants to stream on twitch, both of us are clueless on what are the best specs for streaming.
