Would recommend an x570 + 5600X/G for the mobo cpu combo, doesn't sound like you need a 5800x and you would already still experience marked improvements by leaps and bounds from your current setup.
Just remember that when you upgrade a system, buying the top of the line cpu for eg. but running like an older gpu would still bottleneck that cpu. You won't get your full value of the 800 dollars you dropped on the cpu. Usually its best to upgrade all parts together if possible, of course while limited by budget, but don't get caught in the hype of buying the best of something but not being able to run it efficiently.
