Recommendation for upgrade

Intend to upgrade my cpu, mobo, casing and psu. Budget around 600 top. Currently using fx 4100, intend to get i5 4570. Not sure whether to upgrade psu anot though currently is using fsp 400w aurum. Will reuse ssd hdd and gpu ram also.

Dota 2 cs go..currently on 7850.. Also might get 1 more extra stick of 4gb ram currently on 4gb only

Think i will just re use psu as new rig does not draw more power than my current one. Can recommend a good and budget casing easy to diy for beginners

Actually why u need upgrade ?

The cpu like cant handle both the games will drop fps feel sluggish during team clash.. Went to read up this 2 game are more cpu dependant.. Tried on my laptop with i7 integrated graphics higher settings also get higher fps than my desktop
