I'm staying near Fuji San Station area (Hotel Tatsugaoka Fuji )
And will be going to Gotemba Premium outlet.

Will be there for 3 days hence any food near the area or gotemba is very welcome

The famous shop is across the road at kawaguchiko station. Should be obvious as usually there is a q or crowd.

Just googled the area, seems like a good choice.
What do they sell them?
As i need to cater to my kids' diet too..

They only sell houtou noodles, the regional speciality. The menu is limited, not sure if got kids items.

Just to throw it in here:

http://www.konamiboat.com/
I went here last year when all the other places closed at 6pm (winter schedule). Owner spoke simple English and portions were generous. I think it opened till 730pm (Last Order) and they turned away people after that.

Worse case scenario you can't go wrong with food at the Gotemba outlet.

Did you check my stays fuji q? I think got dinner and bfast option, then you only need to headache for lunch. It wasn't expensive when I stayed there a few years ago. The buffet average though.
