Recommendation needed for new pc

I have a budget of $1500 and would like to have a new pc system.

Been lost touch with all this latest gadget for so long. So really no idea with today market which one is good for my requirement.

I use this PC for 3D rendering. Most of the time is for VRAY rendering purposes.

With the budget of $1500, can i get a decent DIY desktop?

I don't need monitor as i already have one.

Please kindly advise.

With Budget of $1500. Should get a decent system but due to GPU shortages and insane RAM prices, better buy a pre-built or a laptop...
