Recommendation needed, to upgrade or not?

Hi All,

Would like to get some input if my gaming rig should be updated. Currently facing some problems with my gpu fan which is starting up and shutting down every second causing a lot of weird noises.

I've already tried cleaning out the dust and using MSI afterburner to try forcing the fan into a constant running state but doesn't seem to work.

based on my rig setup, what do I need to change to avoid a bottleneck in my system? And what would I need to change it to?

The rest of your system is fine. Doubt there will be any bottleneck if you just change your gpu
