Recommendations for 2 Bay NAS

Hi any comments on these 2 bay NAS or others??

1) Buffalo Link 420 (SGD189)
2) Synology 213J (USD210 amazon, SGD318 SLS)
3) Zyxel NSA325 (USD175 amazon)

Only the zyxel has usb 3.0 port

THis site seems to say the Buffalo one is quite fast for read and writing. I intend to use it in RAID 1 for home use for 5 - 6 people.
