Recommendations for 24"/27" screen for gaming

Hi, I'm looking to buy a 24/27 inch gaming monitor in Singapore. Anyone has any recommendations?
I'm looking for one 5ms or below. My budget is 600.

This looks pretty good as well.

Do you need 120 / 144 Hz? I believe the only available monitors that are sold in Singapore is only BenQ? Asus has a 144 Hz VG248QE but not available locally - some pple have bought from Newegg Msia and shipped over.
