Not worth it. Right now, 3090, 4090 or 5090. If not wait for rumored 24g 5080.

Theres only a few degrees difference between PA120 and the best 360AIO cooler i believe

ya if you are going to deal with AI, Nvidia is the way to go. Rocm still 1-2 years away from being stable, openai is speeding up the process with their AMD deal.

I am heading the diy route. I forgot that I am building an ATX case not the itx case where wiring is the pain in the ass

I will be getting the aio instead of the air cooler reason I building a fish tank PC might as well get Abit of bling and that air cooler height is 161 mm , the case max air is 160mm so no go

I see tabao does sell thermal right aio but the cost does not justify not buying locally with warranty

If someone want to know this is the setup I am getting. The only item I can cut down will be going 7800x3d via tech yard

If u r using ur PC for long hours continuously, AIO is always a better choice to keep ur PC cool overall.
A good casing is oso a factor to cool the PC with ample fans for better air flow.

Getting lian li o11d v2 mini that have 9 case fan 5 reverse and 4 normal maybe use a few hours per day

if pricing is a consideration. peerless assassin 120 se is perfectly fine for a 9800x3d, i use an RP130 and it doesnt really get hot, 50C usually in games. Just take note that the mobo will be considered to have no warranty
