I would need some recommendations to build the PC.

CPU & Mobo: i5-4690 & Asus preferred mobo(please recommend)
Ram: GSkills RipJaws 1600mhz 2x4gb
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB @ 136
GPU: Please recommend
PSU: Superflower HX 600W + mod @ 108
Case: please recommend
OS: Windows 8.1 @ $125

im using viewsonic i think, have not been using the monitor for a few years.

budget less than 2k if possible.

room is quite dusty, hope it doesnt make the hardware spoil faster.

Case can consider corsair 450d, fractal design define r4/ arc midi r2 or budget a bit sharkoon bd28. Gfx card can consider msi r9 290 with its bundle @ 529. U need to tell us what games u wanna play or intend to play in the future plus monitor resolution/multiple monitor setup/refresh rate for us to help u

Based on ur games, then 290 would be fine.. Even if u r on 1080p..
