Recommendations for casual shoes

I have flat feet and i'm looking for a pair of casual shoes (hopefully not sports shoes) that i can go work or out with. Recently my Mizuno Wave Inspire 13 starts to hurt after 6 months of wearing. I believe the insoles might have wear off. I work in a office environment where i have to move around half the time as well
