Buy at PC Themes, #04-15, and ask for discounts. DIY yourself. If you can't into DIY, get PC Themes to assemble for you for a fee.

Notes:

1) The GTX 970 is capable of playing Far Cry 4 and Dragon Age: Inquisition smoothly at max settings in 1080p. However, as GTA V is not released yet, there is no guarantee that you can do the same in GTA V.

2) The i5 4460 is good enough for gaming as games generally do not make use of Hyperthreading for better performance and there are little gains in getting an i7.

3) 8GB RAMs are good enough for games as games generally do not use more than 8GB RAMs unless the game has memory leak issues.

4) Got Mastercard? Consider buying the GPU, SSD and PSU from lazada.com on a Monday and get 10% discounts when you pay with a Mastercard.
