Recommendations for new rig

Hi experts, am thinking of building a new rig from scratch since my old rig is a few years old already. Would appreciate comments regarding choices and suggestions, especially for PSU as I don't have much idea there.

Uses: Gaming (FPS, including Titanfall, and Watch Dogs when it's out), Video and photo editing using Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro

Budget:$1.5-2k

Requirements: Will need lots of storage space especially with existing hard drives, onboard RAID support will be very helpful. Preferably modular PSU for neater cable management/casing management.

Already have/do not need: SSD, Monitor

MOBO: MSI Z87 G45-gaming
CPU: i7-4770
RAM: G-Skill Ripjaws-X 1600mHz CL9 8gb
PSU: Seasonic M1211-650W
HDD: Toshiba 3TB
GPU: Powercolor R9 280X
Casing: Fractal Design R4
DVD: LG 24x DVD
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64bit (would like to be able to backup to my NAS)

Not gonna OC, drop the z87 and get B85, unless you gonna go for Xfire. If so, dun waste the z87 and get 4770k. Though you need to up pus to 850w as well.

If can get superflower HX600w, go for that 1st. Gold efficiency. Better than the bronze in M12II. If dun have, go for seasonic g650w psu.

The rest looks good.
