Wireless wise i will strongly recommend Xbox One controller...

For Logitech wired controller i find the trigger buttons (e.g. F710 and F410) too stiff for my likely.

The best is the real xbox 360 controller since it's the most compatible controller on PC, just plug and play.

Oh, xbox one controller is NOT as compatible and can have weird button mapping issue for certain games like other controllers and thus require 3rd party input mapping software and the quirks(Pressure triggers/vibration) when using them.

Most people go for Logitech F controllers. Some incompatibility and may require you to use 3rd party input mapping software. This is regardless if they have dinput or xinput switch.

The trigger buttons on the Logitech controllers is damn stiff, I can feel soreness in my hands when I started using it, 2months plus alrdy still can feel it, get Xbox one controller for easy plug and play and smooth buttons, but Logitech is still a cheaper option and also plug and play
