No need monitor, speakers, kb, mouse. may need wireless receiver. Not overclocking. Focus on stability of the system over performance.

haha this rig is not for me it's for my gf i'm not sure if can use integrated graphics for simple ps...

Can ba actually just use the similar specs with a entry level discrete card can le, but if you want to save then igpu should be sufficient since its just basic level editing
