Recommendations for Rig Replacement Please

Does anyone know if my current set of 32gb ram can still be used on new system? or very outdated and have to buy new one already?

32GB of DDR4 memory will set you back by $550!

New systems use DDR4 so your DDR3 will not work. You can sell for around $300 to fund the DDR4. :)

Or you can try to get a better LGA1155 mobo with more SATA port and change a newer CPU (2 years ago maybe) that still can use DDR3. New built processors nowadays uses either DDR4 or DDR3L.

Wow... Didn't know ddr4 ram is so ex!!

Oooo thanks for the advice! I guess sell on carousell for the rams? Or there are IT shops that we can sell to?

Thank you so much for the advice! Yeah will consider this option too though I'm more leaning towards changing the whole rig because I'm not tech savvy to change all these and troubleshoot at a later stage for any incompatible parts.
