Recommendations for USB hub?

Hi all, been searching high and low but seems like not many such products these days.

Looking for a USB hub with a long cable to connect from my PC to my desk so that I don't have to keep reaching behind to plug in USB items. Preferably has USB-C and USB-A 3.0 ports.

Most hubs these days seem to have very short cables and are meant for laptops.

I used j5Create (USB Type-A to USB Micro B - All USB Type A ) - connected 2x dual bay HDD docks. No issues with TBs transfer.
I also have U-Green Type C connected to Thunderbolt 4 ( all USB Type A ports ). Issue when transfer large numbers of files. Not sure if USB hub or port issue.

Quite solid, metal build, 1m cable. 10 ports. For similar purpose, as my chassis is placed under desk. No usb-c tho, that I don't recall seeing much other than for laptop style dongles. Seems quite uncommon still for desktop hubs.

Shopee Ugreen or Vention ( cheaper ). usb extension cable if needed.

I use a Ugreen USB hub that has a KVM functionality too. So I share my keyboard, mouse, speakers etc with my desktop and laptop.

Yes, longer cable will have larger voltage drop. Or get a powered hub.

actually i looking for one also

need one to plug into rear usb ports then stick the hub on the side of the case so I can use it in front

so i guess the cable around 1m long will do
I want mix of normal usb and usb c though, any similar to what @kandinsky linked?
