Recommendations for water resistant phone

[pew]

Whats the cheapest water and shock resistant (if possible) phone on the market now?
Only can see all the flagships having ip rating. i really don't need flagship performance as i don't game at all. Wireless charging and reverse wireless charging would be a plus.

My past 2 phones all sot when trapped in heavy rain. And I quite rough when handling phones . Last year when I change phone, I was actually thinking of the iPhone SE. Water resistant, decent camera. But bought a poco instead as it was only half the price,…
but also same thing…dunno is it caught in the rain or drop too many times, sometimes will kee siao. After format still same.
Now want to buy iPhone SE like abit stupid…. So old already ans still the same price. wonder if there is any android alternative
