Recommendations for Waterproof Action Cam

I am looking for a good waterproof action cam for diving.

My SJCAM 4000 WIFI just uplorry.

Must have:
1) Waterproof at least 30m (with/without casing)
2) Good battery life (Can shoot more stuff before changing battery)

Good to have:
1) Wifi capabilities
2) Image stabilizing
3) good low light performance

Any recommendations?

Currently looking at Sony FDR-3000, Sony HDR-AS50 and GoPro Hero 5 session. Anyone owns them? Reviews please

Can try Xiaomi's xiaoyi 4k. Cheaper than Hero 5 and the battery life is slightly better than the Hero 5. I've never used sony's action cameras before, personally prefer the flat rectangular shape of the gopro rather than the long rectangle of the sonys.

I used to use the xiaoyi but now I use the Hero 5 and Hero 5 session because gopro has pretty fantastic customer service. Cracked the dive housing for me hero 5 and they sent me a new one for free
