Recommendations for Work/Gaming PC

Going to build a new Work/Gaming PC next week. Can the experts here please help to provide an build?

Programs that I use for work includes coding and running big data using c#, c++, matlab, r and the occasional python. Will I need a lot of RAM for these task? Don't really play much games now, but might play some of the newer games in the future like BF and such.

Some important criterias are "as small form as possible", "as silent as possible". Do I need a Cosair water cooler like H60?

Budget wise ~ 1500 not including monitors, OS, keyboard and mouse.

SSD, ram and graphic card can order from Amazon to save money. I know a few people who does this and nothing wrong so far. SSD safest to get from Amazon cus hard to spoil. Graphic card can save alot of money if buy from amazon but depends if you mind no local warranty anot. Ram also quite safe lah cus hard to get bad ram. Just my 2 cents to maybe help you save some $$$
