Recommendations needed: QUIET and Cooling laptop

Hi all, i am using a HP ENVY i7 7th gen now. it a CRAP laptop..with fan always on and loud noise that i going deaf, when i am not doing anything much on my laptop.

may i know which laptop is quiet and do not heat up as much. i dont play game and no photo editing. just simple surfing of net and doing normal powerpoint work only.
