Recommendations on budget gaming rig <$800

I am intending to get a new desktop (without monitor / keyboard etc). Usually use it for movies, surfing net, basic gaming like dota 2. Hope that it can also withstand the some other basic games (need not be in high setting). Is $800 a good budget?

Any recommendations?

side question: if i purchase and build it at SLS, does it come usually with OS and MS office installed?

every shop will offer bundle sys, below 400 so add a 950 card & Windows 10 will be below 700 for your use.

Charged as separate items. But if buy together with your PC in the same shop, they may give you more discount from the total price.
