[Recommendations] Upgrade Radeon HD 5750

I would like to perform some minor update on my current PC, in the hopes to extend its relativity for another 1-2 yrs. Looking into upgrading the GPU, but open to other suggestions.

Budget: less than $300 SGD
Purchase Period: Within this 2 weeks

Current Build:
1. CPU =Intel i5-2500k
2. MOBO = GIGABYTE Z68XP-UD3 LGA1155
3. RAM = Kingston 8GB PC1333 DDR3 , 2x Kingston 2GB PC1333 DDR3
4. PSU = Seasonic M12 620W
5. GPU = Powercolor Radeon HD 5750 1GB DDR5
6. Cooler = CM Hyper 212 Evo
7. Intel SSD 320 Series 80GB, Seagate 2TB Barracuda 7200 RPM , WD Blue 500GB 5400 RPM
8. Monitor = SyncMaster P2370HD

I would like to use the computer for the following purposes:
1. Play Games occasionally (e.g. Witcher 3, Dishonored, Starcraft 2, ...) with decent graphics ( medium and above settings, but preferably high)
2. Some graphical work (e.g. photoshop, ...)

Your recommendations will be of great help and will be much appreciated.

Generally, gtx 1060 is cheaper than amd counterpart in sg market. If you manage to source rx480/580 cheaper, go ahead.

OEM. There are some models which are not available at retail e.g. I have a HP OEM GTX 630 with specs higher than the retail GTX 630s.
