Hi guys, just came back from Kaohsiong and Kenting. Would like to recommend a driver (小张）who is based on Kaohsiong area but does the whole of Taiwan.
He charged me 4500 NTD for 2 pax (7 seater car though) for a one day trip (10 hours including travel time of 1 and a half hour 1-way) from Kaohsiong to Kenting. He is a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide, and a good driver too.
He is very accommodating and punctual. He actually went beyond what is required by sending me to the airport for free a few days later (luckily he has no schedule on that day and I built some rapport with him
).
He uses Whatsapp at +886 977 070 329 and Line at 0989 883 746. (only can text in Chinese la).
