Recommended motherboard

Good day people!

I'm back again and wanting your help for motherboard recommendation.

Basically, these items "fell into my lap" costing me next to nothing:

CPU: i5-4670
HDD: 1TB 7200rpm (Will replace with Samsung 250gb SSD so i'll just need like, 1-2 SATA iii ports?)
RAM: 1x4gb RAM
PSU: seasonic m12ii

I'm intending to build an HTPC and from what i have (CM110 Casing), I would just have to purchase an mITX mobo.

Any recommendations? I think it's decent enough to go for either a B85 or H81/87 chipset. But I'm confused as to what's "best" for my usage. Definitely will add a GPU in the near future for Dolphin Emulator.

Intended usage will be for Kodi (Front End) and Plex Media Server (Back End). Data will be served via LAN from my Asustor NAS.

Hmm... Wouldn't mind but good if there are other bang-for-buck mobos. No plans to OC or upgrade CPU. Will be connected via cable.

Gen4 motherboard will be disappearing soon. Get any board that is within your budget and 3 years warranty. Avoide newegg as u will have warranty issues.

I think Asrock H81-ITX will be your best bet. Gigabyte H97N-Wifi all phased out, stocks replaced by Gigabyte H170N-Wifi. Unless u go to some lesser-known SLS shops, maybe they still have some leftover stocks.

Gigabyte H170N-Wifi is a really good replacement
