There is no such PWM fan controller... All FC uses voltage to regulate RPM. There is this one guy who is experimenting with a PWM fc, but i doubt it will be mass produced...

Do you want one with LCD or just switches? Bitfenix Recon is nice, so is Hydra Pro.

Actually none. Basically just a pwm hub that autos everything.

May I ask if I can connect 2 fans to a mobo chassis header via y cable ? Should be fine ?
