usually the standard egg omelette rice, their cai png
seafood salad, papaya, mango salad

grill pork with sticky rice, fried chicken etc... all from street stall have

The Thai Pig Trotter rice is pretty good too! There's a small hawker centre nearby Bumrungrad Hospital that serves cheap and good pig trotter.

Don't forget Pad Thai and Basil Chicken Rice. Personally, the food served by the street vendors does taste better. No food poisoning so far.

the sour vege always look very appealing but it is usually cook with certain stuff that has a strong pungent smell.... sort of like bamboo shoot

Saeng Chai Pochana (ร้านแสงชัยโภชนา)
Address: 762/5-6 Sukhumvit Road, Soi 32 – Right on the main Sukhumvit Road

Must try the Chai Po Pad Thai (chai po egg basically) and minced meat soup

Opens from 6pm onwards, 95% local dinner and post-clubbing crowd

Yes! Its a must try. I always stay at ThongLor and will go to Octave for some drinks then will head down there for supper.
Another not bad zhichar if you are willing to travel a bit is Krua Apsorn Dinsor.
Food is nice and cheap too.

Nearby phrom phong bts one shop selling northern thai food not bad but need reserve if don't hard to get table.
