Blame it on the super long weekend. Schools closed on Monday and many schools used for polling are on HBL on Friday. So can go Tuesday night and come back Monday night. Long enough to go Japan.

About 1% lower, okay lah. Last time polling card wrote could be fined or jailed right? Now kind of common knowledge that you will just be kicked out of the register, not a punishment to bochap people at all.
