If taking 4k resolution video, which equipment will be better? What setting is better 4K/30 or 4k/60

1. GoPro
2. 4k Video Cam
3. High end mobile phone

Thanks for the good info , you are referring to the Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro ? You mount the phone on a handheld tripod while taking the videos ? How is the file size like ?

No need mount anything. Just hold normally.

Less than 10GB per hour

mirrorless camera is better. cheap and good video. never get gopro. gopro not good video quality at night. only day is ok. high end mobile phone worse. i have huawei mate 20 pro. worse video and photo quality than my mirrorless camera. mirrorless camera is much better.

i would go for 4k/60. still prefer sharp + smooth video.

find aps-c camera with supported 4k/60. like fuji xt4... or wait for newer sony camera support 4k/60.

Depending on your needs.

Every modern mobile phone is capable of 4k video, i suggest you start with it first, zero cost.

context like these is very important.
all three options are just as good.

as some have mentioned, day time/night time usage already disqualifies some options. next is if it is paid or not paid, and how much they know abt the output they are even seeing and if it even matters to them.
