It's a really interesting point because the reason why I don't want a Beckman is because of the soles.

Why not? I can't imagine seeing a pair of beckmans with crepe soles or vibrams it just spoils its aesthetics..

I do have a bottle of Obenaufs Heavy Duty 4oz LP which has a broken base (about the size of 3cm x 1cm)due to knocks during transportation. Other than that it is perfectly brand new. If you dont mind the broken base, i can sell it to you @ $12 only. But you have to self collect them at our office in AMK.

size 3cm x 1cm hole with the LP exposed underneath.

it won't leak as the LP is wax/solid form.

i only used obenauf for my RW boots. i used it for my 875. no darkening though.
