did you get that picture from shoe-store.net? anyways i ordered the red wing 875 from there and got a slightly different colored red wing 875 just like the picture you showed.. to anyone that knows is there lighter colored 875? mine is pretty dark compared to the red wing 875 at the store, but the store i bought it from is pretty reputable..

finally figured it out... i guess there are two types of red wing 875 which this thread fails to mention

A shoe horn will help to fit in. Get the long ones... Normally i have to loosen the top 2 eyelets to remove or get in..


quick question... i notice my shoe (see the blue circle area) got this part, which also cause me to try wear this shoe for 10-15 mins (initially it took me 20 mins to wear my shoes...) cos my feet always jam at that area... need to pull very hard to allow my feet goes into the sole area.

any tips? (now I know why doc marten got that handle thing...) or this will improve once my shoe is more seasoned?

Don't think suede needs polishing/oiling. Just brushing and a coat of water resistant spray will do?
