I have a pair of red wings but after wearing it for the first time I noticed some specks of dirt coming off the threads and staining the sides of my sole.

Any idea how I can go about removing the stain?

I think in the Asia, it should be HK le. But then with the 7% tax, its going to be tricky... One way out is u wear it back lor, so can avoid the tax.

You have to trash the 875 if you want a real sexy pair. It looks quite ugly when its clean clean. When the crepe sole starts to thin and curling up, scratches and marks spotted on your 87, you will have your unique pair. Its like denim fading to your wears, it takes on your lifestyle.

i am currently wearing a cherry beckman but now switch to sales role already so not quite suitable to wear it to office like before.

Has anyone come across moc toe boots resole with cork sole? The type of sole found in iron ranger series.

I'm thinking of replacing my 1907 crepe sole with cork sole.

I agree a pair of aged boots look better but not by trashing it. If you care and maintain the boots will have a longer lifespan and age gracefully, with a beautiful patina.

Most of the redwings I see on the streets looks like the owners don't bother to do basic leather maintenance at all.

I usually apply 1 coat. But I recently noticed that the scuffs come appear back to the surface rather quickly.

Also, is there really a need to put RW in a black bag and put it under the sun to open the pores of the leather?

No need black bag la.

Normally I scrub, oil once and put in the sun. Next day scrub again.

hi guys, is there a size 4.5 for any of the RW models or 8130 in particular?
my female friend tried on size 4, it fits but there's no finger spacing or room at all. while size 5 seems to be too big. any advice like whether she should get size 4, and any other useful tips for a new buyer? thanks.

Half size usually only u.s haf local they dun bring in.No problem if d fitting is snug as leather will expand after wearing.
