yo!

Dress shoe, i usually wear 43 which is US10 (usually wear thin socks)

Running shoe/Basketball shoe usually US10 or US10.5, always come with insoles (thick ankle socks)

Sperry boatshoe US10.5D - abit too narrow for me (no socks, sometimes feel abit loose after break in, abit heel slippage)

Red Wing 1907 US9.5D w/o insole with thick socks (if wear with insole i need to size up to US10D)

Measured at Red Wing orchard gateway, uncle show me that my true size is US10.5D.

Tried 8111 in US9.5D feels tight, size up to US10D feels better, so ordered US10D.

Anyway, I just spoke to an Amazon CSO. They extended my Amazon Prime by 1 more month.

note that i size down by 1 full size for my 1907, which is built on last 45.

IR is built on last 8 which is narrower in comparison, therefore even if it is longer i only can downsize by 0.5 as the width of my feet are at the max of D widths.

Eventually 1907 and 8111 will be shorten in terms of length after u break in the leather.

I suggest u go down to store and try for yourself.

IR is narrow thats why for those who have wide feet they have to size up. Already posted this a few pages back. Go and read

Yes, you are correct. My advise is don't use the insole... just let the sole sink in to you foot print.

Like not worth the hassle to ship. Will probably drop by Red Wings shop to try the IR size 7D. If cannot fit then don't bother to ship over to sg liao.
