Redmi 4 Prime - Frickering screen

On my second week of using Redmi 4 Prime, I have been experiencing intermittent frickering of the screen. Funny thing is that turning off Automatic Brightness seems to make the problem go away.

Alas, I will prefer to have Automatic Brightness feature on so that not needing to manually adjust the brightness all the time.

Does anyone here faces the same issue with their Xiaomi? And any solution for it please?

It seemed to occur in lightly dimmed environment. Basically will notice that the screen will intermittently becomes subtly bright and dim. Not easy to see in video.

May be the front sensor is covered buy screen protector.
