Redwhite don't have to worry la, gotten 2 Xiaomi phones from them since start and no issue with warranty.

warranty remains at 1year for hitec though, whereas redwhite and kasia mentioned 18months

Honestly has anyone tried sending in feedbacks? I blasted an email to Mi MY and Mi global and Mi SG, on the higher price and lesser warranty compared to other regions, and even attached a link to this thread
We might get exceptional results if more people voice out and share

RedWhiteMobile quite trustworthy. So, if they say confess with 18 months warranty, should be no issue claiming.

Mi Global and Mi SG I can understand, but why Mi MY??? Cant expect them say sorry they will up price to match Mi SG right...
Or let Mi MY laughs at their SG counterpart for cmi biz

Aiyo they are busy milking the suckers that are willing to pay a premium over the rest of the world, you think they will care about you? Just buy other brand and don't waste your time.

An the camera specs too? Read somewhere that their RMN7 is 12 megapixel, whereas their RMN7Pro then is 48 megapixel but using Samsung's inferior lens (or whatever it's called)...

Just got a 128gb local set from hitec simce they price match redwhite. Warranty mentioned was 12mth. I also didn't pursue the matter since i got capital vouchers to spam.

Too bad xiaomi service center shifted to jem.
