My Redmi Note 3 just gave me boot loop in the middle of the night... now I'm going to get note 7.
Can advise the official shops selling at what price? Which outlet has stocks?

Many already said just get from redwhite mobile, Kasia or hitec mobile since their local sets are the cheapest.

Given these three are most established and have physical shop too.

For me I got hk set since warranty is covered by sg (for me note4), I have the IDA sticker behind too . And my relative always go there so no issue .

Hong Kong set gets Singapore warranty recognized??? Confirm? There was a period I heard before Malaysia sets too...

I got from qoo10 , Hong Kong set I feel better since 48mp unlike India 12mp camera . Some more same same price . And out of box global ROM no need scared no updates or no play store , my colleague one pay 3.99 for install play stall but not working!

Those with oversea sets when you bring Xiaomi centre will see pretty ugly response from the staff there, some are pretty nasty I heard once from the old spot at Central.

That's why i am surprised HK sets warranty is covered here. But for Malaysia sets warranty, it was hear say back when RMN4 was released. How true no idea...

So far this flashed global rom of mine, no issues so far. Battery life is great, doesn't have that once in a while lag when pressing home key to show the apps....

Only gripe I have at the moment is that this global rom doesn't have the step counter in the customised page anymore (swipe right at home screen). Have to download step counter app, then open it, then you can see the steps.

Note 7 the camera sensor already lose big to even old note 5

Poco F1 has better cam sensors over both note 5 and 7, take as cue lol..

Hmmm I beg to differ as from numerous China and India YouTube with I have linked in this thread (go search for it) gm1 wins over F1 cam but not by much.

The advantage only drag further when both uses gcam (as current XM still learning to bring out the full potential if both gm1 and imx586) and esp uses in low light and also front protrait.

Also that is using mature calculation for F1 but only uses initial generic calculation for gm1 and 586, with time the advantage will drag even more further as the calculation for gm1 and 586 matures
