Again we are tier 3 market due to small size hence low volume but need to meet same ROI revenue so simple math any amount divide by small denominator will be higher value.

Which also means more difficult to sell hence when stock is tight usually will get the stocks to tier one and two markets 1st .

I used to be in medical device biz, it's the same strategy.
