It will be. Redmi has already started flexing the power of Mediatek’s Helio G90T. That means its bound to appear in the Redmi Note 8 Pro. The Redmi Note 8 will just use the Snapdragon 665 since Redmi knows that the Lower tier midrange Chipsets from Mediatek have poor power efficiency so using Qualcomm’s lower tier midrange chipset makes more sense.

Hopefully this is true...

Pocophone got ufs leh... Redmi note level confirm no ufs and nfc, no OLED screen also..

Remember 1 year redmi note come out SD cpu after mediateck cpu.. Seriously I rather they use sd730.

I believe until now there isn’t a Redmi Note model that does not have a very confusing lineup. Redmi Note 1 had 3G and 4G version. Redmi Note 2 had 2 versions with different MTK chips depending on RAM and storage, Redmi Note 3 and 4 had MediaTek and SD versions, Redmi Note 5 had different versions for Indian and Global markets and current Redmi Note 7 has different variations for Indian and Global markets as well. Will the trend continue with Redmi Note 8? Probably so. So confusing.
