From my previous experience with MiMax 3 "black border" TG SP:

Those with black borders isn't really tempered glass, it's using sticky tape and black to cover up the white edges.
The end result is that you will most likely end up with a smaller screen because the black isn't perfect.

Best is buy those SP that's slight smaller or those normal tempered glass with "oil filler", a small bottle you can squeeze into the edges. Effect might wear out after a while though.

But the default SP is just the plastic sheet right? I more kiasu, I will use tempered glass and flip case coz I always drop my phone.

I think I'll fill up the air gaps if come with the oil coz got air gaps mean got dust..then the dust will stick underneath the SP.

Update firmware, install a few apps, uninstall a lot of bloat like lazada app (wtf) and... put back inside the box because flip case hasn't arrive.
Too bad my Mi Max 3 still working decently, if not the Note 9 Pro seems like a great purchase.

for people like you who always drop your phone, tempered glass is not suitable, unless you find it fun to change tempered glass regularly.

Can try Wondershare MobileTrans, need to connect both sets to PC, fastest. Contact limited to 5 for free version but contact can just use Google transfer.

just interested to try Mi Mover since it's new to me. wondering what will get moved over (data & apps?).

i migrate using backup + restore before but that's for similar model. quite fuss free as almost all apps gets restored on new mobile. contacts, calendar can just sync back from google.

need warranty as for rough user. My max3 use until now no problem.

And can this be used for volte with tpg by entering some codes into the dialer app?

Looks like ah neh shop, if got issues very hard to repair.
