I am torn between note 9s and 8Pro.
different people got different liking....no1 can tell u which is suitable for u....phone price will drop eventually from time to time. latest or old model doesn't matter, the most important is ur liking.
my view,
for price wise, redmi note 8 pro
i got my redmi note 8 pro 128gb for $212, redmi note 9s 64gb for $217
but i like redmi note 9s more....
-overall camera quality. note8pro details is better than note 9s
-redmi note 9s (209g) felt lighter (weight distribution). note8pro(211g) somehow felt bulky, most of time...i just put on table.
-punch hole design.
-bigger screen
-bigger battery but take longer time to charge.
-side fingerprint scanner
i think note 9s got screen bleeding issue.
64gb internal storage will be very challenging for most people.
speaker volume pretty much the same.
both macro lens cui.
note 9s draining seems ok......redmi note 8 pro sometimes drain very fast...sometimes drain very slow.
