I dun think it works this way.

When you knock off 40 from xiaomi official store, it is less than 400 and you cannot use 30 voucher. You can only use 20 voucher.

The cancellation will be taken effect after a while. If you worried, message the xiaomi store in chatbox. Let them know you will place an order again.

Is it ok to place order again while the previous one was pending cancellation ? Scared being double charged and got two phones instead.
