no problem on latest 11.0.4 version. previously I face issue.

I have never face any problem before on both 11.0.1 and 11.0.4 now.

i had wifi issues on 11.0.1
update hp to 11.0.4 + update my asus router firmware cleared up the issues for me

Think the chipset not optimized yet. Swiping insta stories and simple game ( hill climb racing) which my redmi note 4x can easily handle ends up with heavy lag after a while. Then need to restart the app to clear the issue.

It's the Xiaomi's proprietary Turbo charging at 11V/3A that's I'm still looking out for, of which some here claimed those 5A cables are able to which infact, no.

Oh yes, referring to the 33w turbo charging.
Proprietary sounds very gimmicky, lol.

try removing the battery saver on the app. by default, I think all apps will be placed under battery saver mode.

I using baseus 3A cable from alie, can quick charge
They got sell quick charge charger also
Otherwise buy charger from taobao lor

Im not using 9 pro but my charger is also 33w
So its the same as 9 pro

Went to a Xiaomi shop at JEM just now and the person said that the 9s is not available? Any idea where I can go to have a look at it?

Read some of the reviews from Lazada and notice a "wifi connection" and "slow due to 4GB". Anyone using 9s and can help to confirm if the 9s is okay?

Own the 9s and don't have wifi problem and slowness due to 4g. However, I am only a casual user and don't play games as such, take my opinion for what its worth.


Overall, I find the phone extremely good value for the price I paid. The only con is that it is slightly heavier.

I "upgraded" from note4 and found that 9s is much better, and the camera is very good too.

There is an option to turn on battery saver, once it is on, I can keep the phone working for more than 4 days without charging.
