Redmi Note8 pro - next upgrade

note8 pro have been good for gaming and performance.

now hand is itchy and thinking of upgrading (and also becos my dad's Note9 is super laggy so I can pass down my note8 poro to him)

Note 12 pro looks promising with antutu almost double the score when compared with note 8 pro...but doesnt seems to be in Singapore..

what would be a good upgrade? budget around $300.

Poco X5 Pro is a good choice, around sale period can find it less than $400
